Carla paused in her tracks, turned around and saw the child who looked identical to Randy. His eyes were filled with more emotions and his expression was more dramatic…
She knew that this was her second child.
A surge of emotions filled her heart. The feeling that had been buried deep in her heart was starting to return…
"Mommy…" Josh ran toward her while crying. As he was too excited, he fell to the ground.
Carla quickly placed Randy in the car before rushing over and helping Josh up.
"Mommy, you're back! You're really back!" Josh tugged Carla and started wailing, "I thought that I'll never see you again!"
"You fool!" She wiped the tears from his cheek gently. Looking at how adorable he was, she could not help but smile. However, tears glistened in her eyes. "Are you Josh?"
"Yeah, I'm Josh! Don't you remember me anymore, Mommy?" Josh stared at Carla in surprise.
"I remember you, but you look different after growing up." She pinched his cheeks and carried him into the car. "Be a good boy and let's leave this place first."
"Venus's still in the car…"
Josh pointed at the Rolls-Royce behind him.
"Okay, I'll pick her up now."
She carried Josh into the car.
"Randy!"
"Josh!"
When the two brothers met, they were exceptionally overjoyed.
"Sit here while I pick Venus up."
Carla closed the door and was prepared to go to Venus.
"Ms. Lierger!" Freda suddenly exclaimed, "There's a huge fleet of cars rushing toward us. They're probably Solara's men."
"Let me take a look." Rogan jumped onto the car. When she peered through the binoculars, a shocked look crossed her face. "There are a dozen cars armed with heavy-duty weapons! Let's go first, Ms. Lierger."
"Okay." Carla made a signal with her hand. Immediately afterward, Freda and the other bodyguards got into the car.
"Wait a moment…" At that moment, Bugara rushed over and said anxiously, "Return Mr. Randuwell to me!"
"What do you mean by that. He's Ms. Lierger's child, " bellowed Rogan furiously. "Get lost, or don't blame me for being rude."
"You…"
"It's not the time to argue about this, " interrupted Freda urgently. "Solara's rushing over with a lot of people. You should leave as soon as possible! It'll be foolish to stay here."
When Bugara heard that, he had no choice but to leave.
"What happened? Where's Mr. Randy?" Polka rushed over.
"The Lierger family took him away." Bugara's expression was grim. "Didn't I tell you to keep an eye on him? Why did you let him escape?"
"I was looking after Princess Venus…" Polka was so angry that his face flushed. "Oh no! Not only did we fail to save Randy, but we also lost Josh!"
"Cut the crap and let's leave now, " urged Bugara. "Ms. Giblo's rushing over with a lot of men. I'm afraid that an intense fight will break out inevitably. Since Mr. Giblo's not here, we should leave first."
"Okay."
They got into the car and sped uphill.
On the other side, the jeeps fled toward the wilderness. Their jeep could traverse all sorts of environments, so even if there were no roads, they could still forge their own paths.
However, the Giblo family's cars could not.
Bugara drove back hurriedly. At that moment, a dozen black modified cars drove up the hill. They surrounded the Giblo family's cars, trapping them there with no route of escape.
"Oh no! Call Mr. Giblo now!" urged Bugara anxiously.
"I'm calling him…" Polka was in such a hurry that his hands trembled. "Is their target us or the Lierger family?"
"Obviously, it's us!" Bugara's expression was very serious. Feeling extremely anxious, he said, "Ms. Giblo's risking it all. She probably heard that Mr. Jombo is severely ill.
