Without asking a single question, William immediately told his men to rush to the
orphanage with their men.
At the same time, he also called Monica and told her to quickly rush over to meet up
with Derila.
Derila did not want to drag William into this, but now the situation was urgent and
she had no choice but to turn to him.
She sped along, itching to fly to the orphanage.
Although it was early in the morning and there were few cars on the road, the distance
was so far that no matter how fast she was, it would still take some time.
Time passed and Derila finally arrived at Orphanage.
Derila jumped down from the car and saw the scene in front of her and couldn't
help but freeze.
Several police cars were parked in front of the orphanage, the police were pointing their
guns inside, all with a highly alert look, yet surprisingly quiet.
Before Derila arrived, the police used the loudspeaker to negotiate with him, and all
he said was, "If you say one more word of nonsense, I will kill a child!"
The policemen were so frightened that they immediately closed their mikes and dared
not say more.
Immediately afterwards, Chrono said quietly, "From now on, keep quiet and wait for
Derila to come over, I want to see her!"
Everyone dared not say a word, and could only stand guard outside the orphanage.
Some police officers were quietly cruising around, trying to try to sneak in, when a
gunshot immediately sounded from inside, followed by the children's terrified cries.
The policemen no longer dared to move. Monica reminded them that the orphanage
was littered with cameras, that it was monitored and that everything was under Chrono's
control.
If they made any more rash moves, they were afraid that Chrono would really go on a
killing spree.
That's why everyone kept a high level of silence and waited for Derila's arrival.
"Ms.Feroma!" Monica hurriedly came over and said anxiously, "Chrono has placed many
bombs in the orphanage and is now controlling the children inside as hostages!"
Although she had expected this scene, Derila's emotions were still overwhelming
when she heard the words, "This madman, madman!"
"Ms.Feroma…" Monica hurriedly pulled her back, "Calm down!"
"Ms.Feroma, we're trying to figure out what to do, do you have an internal map of the
orphanage?" William's men came down to ask.
"It's no use, even if you sneak in, you can't do anything, over a hundred children's lives
are in Chrono's hands, as well as the staff."
Derila covered her forehead and tried to compose herself, "The person Chrono
wants to kill is me, once he sees me he won't touch the children."
"But…" Those people still wanted to say something else, when the door of the
orphanage opened and a gloomy voice came out from inside, "Derila, you're finally
here!"
His voice seemed particularly eerie in this silent night.
"Chrono, the person you want to kill is me, let the children go!" Derila hurried over
to him.
"Wouldn't killing you make your death too easy?" Chrono sneered grimly, "I'll let you
taste what I feel."
"What do you want?" Derila questioned excitedly, "Don't you mess around?"
Halfway through her sentence, several children came out from inside with trepidation,
and when they saw Derila, they all wailed and cried.
"Derila sister save me, woo woo…"
"Derila…"
Derila wanted to rush over to save the children, but found that each child had a
bomb strapped to them.
She hurriedly stopped in her tracks and rushed at Chrono in the room and roared in
agitation, "You madman, what the h-e-l-l do you want?"
"Kneel down!" Chrono ordered coldly.
"You…." Derila was about to speak when a bullet passed over a child's head with a
bang, and the child fell to the ground in fear, breaking down and crying.
