"You!", The professor said.
"Malahang", I replied and his face grew more stunned.
"What have you done?", He said turning to Joshua who looked at me in fury.
"I said put your hands in the air or I'll shoot!", The cop added with his finger on the trigger pointing to Joshua.
"Joshua!!!", Malahang yelled.
Joshua looked at me then at Malahang, before reluctantly putting his hand in the air.
As soon as the cops saw this, they went over and put him in cuffs, only then did they turn to me.
"You are with him!", They accused immediately.
"No", I replied softly for the sake of replying, knowing fully well that they won't buy the truth I just spoke.
They looked at Joshua and then at me and added: "are you guys twins?"
"Isn't that obvious Ford?", One replied immediately.
"Let's take them both back to the station.", He added.
"Wait!", I said as I heard Merylin and Mary approaching with some cops.
"Wait for what?", A cop asked as they all turned to me.
"That!", I said and the door was opened almost immediately.
"These are the kidnapped!", A chubby guy said as he walked in with weak Mary in his arm and Merylin who peed herself and was held by another cop.
"Superintendent Ramos!", Ford spoke respectfully as everyone else displayed a respectful face as well.
"Are these the culprits?", The guy asked.
"Yes sir…", Ford replied.
"Why haven't you taken them to the station already?", Ramos asked with a frown.
"One of them imposed a form of resistance earlier on!", Ford replied.
"Who?!", The chubby guy asked with a frown like one who wanted to deal with the resistant one.
From my observation, I can tell that this guy is a timid idiot who likes women and lives recklessly but still demands respect.
His timidity was revealed by his action towards this case in the first place. He went for the kidnapped instead of the main case like a superintendent should.
For the women, he held weak Mary in his arm like a prostitute at the bar.
As for reckless living, his physique tells it all. A man who really works as a superintendent may not have time for all of these things and so should have a better figure.
But yet, these guys are really scared of him; even though I can tell that they really don't respect him.
He definitely has a backer, otherwise this guy's wouldn't be scared of him and he wouldn't be in this position.
"That one!", They mentioned pointing at Joshua.
"You!", He said walking towards Joshua.
"Mr. Ramos!", Malahang called reading his intention from a glance.
"Don't you think we should take this discipline to the station…", Malahang said sounding like a suggestion, but from the change in Ramos's expression and heart rate, I could tell this was a command.
Only then did he turn to Malahang and spoke with fear and respect: "Mr. Malahang, I didn't see you earlier. What brought you here… sir?"
"I heard my son was caught up in a mess so rushed down quickly.", He replied.
"Your son or sons?", Ramos asked looking at I and Joshua with a confused expression.
"Oh, my bad, my sons!", He added.
I really didn't see that coming.
"I am not your son!", I spoke affirmatively with a frown.
"Oh Caleb, this is the worst place and time to deny your father…", Malahang said looking at me.
"Boy! You better watch your mouth!", The dog Ramos barked feeling backed up by who appears to be his bone giver.
"That's not true, Caleb's my brother!", Merylin spoke out at once.
"What do you mean young lady?", Ramos asked turning to the dirty looking Merylin.
"This… I mean this!", She said still unable to know who the real Caleb was. Even though my brother's hair was now different from mine, but I could tell from the rate a which her heart was beating that she was scared to make the wrong decision and go back to the state she was before.
"Come on now, can't you see who is talking…", Malahang said with a frown.
As soon as Ramos noticed Malahang's ugly expression, he gave Merylin a slap.
"Shut up girl! How dare you speak against Malahang!", Ramos added.
At this time, my hands came down.
"Hands up!", The cops yelled.
"You want to do something boy?!", Ramos added as he walked closer to me.
Him standing next to me with his brown and yellow teeth, all I had in mind was to squeeze his nuts and order for Malahang to be killed and crush his nuts anyways, but that will spike up Joshua.
Telling him to let us go will lead to us being wanted, so this was not an option.
"May I make a call?", I added bringing out Mary's mom's phone which had been streaming a voice note to Mrs. Vixus the entire time.
"No!", Ramos said about to take the phone from my hand when I withdrew, and like an accident, putting a foot in front of his at an angle where he would fall to a stool not so far away, breaking his nose and at least a tooth.
And as calculated, he fell and broke his nose as well as a tooth and fainted.
The cops immediately pointed their guns at me.
I quickly took my hands back up and added: "Can't you all see that that was an accident?!"
"And also, what I was about to show Mr. Ramos before he fainted is this!", I added with my hand on the unlock button on the Whatsapp voicenote I had been recording as I showed all in the room.
"I've been recording ever since I got here! You all know how many laws you've broken today. I texted you guys the address and relevant details; coming here you guys decided to do something else. If this should go out, I need not tell you the consequences of not following the normal procedures.", I added as all their faces became pale especially that of Malahang.
He quickly tried to signal Joshua.
"Not so fast bullet boy! It will take a bullet about 0.2seconds to get here and disarm a hand. Similarly it will take a hand same time to let go; but sadly there's an added advantage for the hand cause it can detect a flinch 0.1second earlier than the bullet leaves the gun. Think wisely.", I said smiling at Joshua who was about to run.
The only two persons who understood what I said froze unable to say or make a move.
"And besides…", I added lifting my finger.
As everyone's expression changed, their hearts began to drum.
"Don't worry, she's not going to see this yet, I'll delete this from her phone before she sees it……", I said as they heaved a sigh of relief.
"……hopefully!", I added.
The only reason I sent it at that stage was so that the rest part of the conversation won't be heard. And at the state they are in, their brains are all paralyzed, they've all given up the will to try to outsmart me.
"As for the rest of you. Let me give you all an advice… take these men with you to the station so the alarm won't appear false.", I explained.
"Mr. Ford right?!", I asked Ford.
"Right!", He replied quickly.
"Bring out your phone and start filming live!", I added and he brought out his phone.
I took it from him and turn to Malahang and then at Joshua and said: "These men are also involved in the kidnapping!"
"Have it!", I said still facing the camera at the angry Joshua.
"Don't stop filming him!", I commanded as I reached for the subordinate who Malahang was calling and unlocked the phone with his finger.
"Have a look!", I said showing them the call log, putting it where the camera can capture both Joshua and the log.
"Malahang called him! This needs to be looked into!", I added.
"So please take them to the station and don't stop filming them till you get to the station; especially him!", I said and walked up to Merylin.
"It's me Merylin, Caleb Vixus. Not your brother.", I said to her.
On hearing this she hugged me immediately as she continued crying.
"Let's go!", I added.
"Have a wonderful time sirs!", I said, bowed and left with the girls.
As I left Malahang smiled obviously impressed.
"Caleb!!", Joshua yelled from depths.
"Hey kid, let's give you a lift!", Ford said coming out.
I overheard him give the phone to one of his subordinate, instructing him to keep filming, so I wasn't worried about Joshua and Malahang.
"That won't be necessary…… we'll be fine sir.", I added and continued walking away with the girls.
"How did you do it?!", Merylin asked as we walked away.
"Will tell you, when you are done changing your diaper…", I added with a sarcastic smile.
"You!", She said with an ugly expression.
"Taxi!", I stopped a cab ignoring her expression as we made our way home.

MERYLIN'S POV:
I felt so bad about peeing myself, now having Caleb point that out only made matters worse. I vowed not to say anything to him, not until we got into the cab and I found him bringing out a box.
"What's that?!", I was forced to ask looking at the strange box.
"They called it the Modunam Box…", he replied as he turned the box around, observing it from all angles.
