"All right, " Zayn readily agreed. "What else?"

Busy eating, Josh didn't realize that his father was watching him thoughtfully.
Lowering his gaze, Zayn began to worry. Now that Randy has gone to Erihal with Carla, who will take over the company if something happens to me? Josh is a wonderful kid, but he isn't suited for the position.

It wasn't such a big deal if Lucas was with Carla at Xendale. However, if Carla was there with them, it meant that marriage discussions were about to begin.
It must be Daemon's idea. Or else, Carla wouldn't appear without Carla's permission. Is she really going to marry Lucas?
